1. Terms

By accessing the Websites and Online Services offered by Developed Methods (including but not limited to: https://playit.gg), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Websites and Online Services. The materials contained in the Website and Online Services are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us: (i) that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age; (ii) that you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Websites and Online Services and (iii) that your use of the Websites and Online Services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited uses

As a condition of your use of the Websites and Online Services, you will not use the Websites or Online Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Websites or Online Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, disrupt or impair any Developed Methods LLC servers or APIs, or any networks connected to any Developed Methods LLC server or APIs, or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Websites or Online Services. You may not transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature through your use of Websites or Online Services. You may not exceed or circumvent, or try to exceed or circumvent, limitations on the Websites or Online Services, including on any API calls, or otherwise use the Websites or Online Services in a manner that violates any Developed Methods LLC documentation or user manuals. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Websites or Online Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Developed Methods LLC server or to any of the Websites or Online Services through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Websites or Online Services. You may not to use the Websites or Online Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).

Developed Methods LLC retains the right (but not the obligation) to block content from its Websites and Online Services that Developed Methods LLC determines (in its sole discretion) to be illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. For these purposes, illegal or harmful content includes but is not limited to: (a) content containing, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse material or human trafficking; (b) content that infringes on another person’s intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful; (c) content that discloses sensitive personal information, incites or exploits violence, or is intended to defraud the public; and (d) content that seeks to distribute malware, facilitate phishing, or otherwise constitutes technical abuse.

3. User content

3.1 User content

Certain features of the Websites and Online Services permit you to provide data and content (your "User Content") through means including but limited to: submission, transfering, tunneling, or uploading. Your User Content can be made public through the Website and Online Services.

3.2 License

By providing your User Content to or via the Websites and Online Services, you grant Developed Methods LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid right and license (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify for the purpose of formatting for display, and distribute your User Content, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels.

3.3 Responsiblity

You are solely responsible for your User Content, and you agree Developed Methods LLC is not and will not be in any way liable for your User Content. By providing your User Content via the Websites and Online Services, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:

• you are the creator and owner of your User Content, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize Developed Methods LLC and users of the Websites and Online Services to use and distribute your User Content as necessary to exercise the licenses granted by you in this TOS or otherwise required of you under this TOS;
• your User Content, and use of your User Content as contemplated by this TOS, does not and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) slander, defame, libel, or invade a right of privacy, publicity or other property right of any other person; or (iii) cause us to violate any law or regulation; and
• you will indemnify us for any third party claims arising from your User Content.

3.4 Obligation

We are under no obligation to edit or control your User Content or the User Content of others, and will not be in any way responsible or liable for User Content. We may, however, at any time and without prior notice, screen, remove, edit, or block any of your User Content at our discretion.

4. No warranty

4.1 Disclaimer

The Websites and Online Services, including without limitation any content delivered as a part thereof, are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. Developed Methods LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, relating to the Websites and Services and all content delivered in connection thereto, including but not limited to: (a) any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement; (b) any warranty arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade; or © any warranty or guaranty relating to availability, accuracy, error rate, system integrity, or uninterrupted access. We do not warrant that: (i) the Websites or Online Services will be secure or available at any particular time or location; (ii) any defects or errors will be corrected; (iii) any content or software available at or through the Websites or Online Services is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (iv) the results of using the Websites or Online Services will meet your requirements. Your use of the Websites and Online Services is solely at your own risk.

Developed Methods LLC is not responsible for the content that you access through your use of the Websites, Online Services, or content of other users of Developed Methods LLC's Online Services or other third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release us from all liability relating to such content. You acknowledge and agree that we make no representations concerning any content contained in or accessed through the Websites, Online Services, or content of other users of Developed Methods LLC's Websites and Online Services or other third parties, and that we are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, quality, legality, or other attributes of such content. Developed Methods LLC may make changes to the materials contained on its Websites and Online Services at any time without notice. However Developed Methods LLC does not make any commitment to update the materials.

4.3 Limitations

In no event shall Developed Methods LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Websites and Online Services, even if Developed Methods LLC or a Developed Methods LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Developed Methods LLC has not reviewed all of the sites and services linked to its Websites and Online Services and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Developed Methods LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

5. Modifications

Developed Methods LLC may revise these terms of service for its Website and Online Services at any time without notice. By using the Websites and Online Services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

7. Refund policy

7.1 Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal payment date. Please note, this includes both first-time purchases and renewals.

7.2 Process

To apply for a refund, you must send a refund request to our support email ([email protected]) within the specified 7 day window. Your request must include your purchase details and reason.

7.3 Limitations

Requests cannot be honored for previous months in which we have provided our full service, if our terms of service are violated, if unlawful activities are detected, or if your service is suspended or terminated due to external factors beyond our control.

7.4 Policy Changes

Developed Methods LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website, and we encourage customers to review our policy periodically.
